Brandon Jacobs was drafted in the fourth round of the 2005 draft by the Giants after completing his final collegiate season at Southern Illinois. After two years of playing behind Tiki Barber, Jacobs rushed onto the NFL scene in 2007 when he became the workhorse for the Super Bowl champions, rushing for 1,009 yards. His best season-to-date was in 2008 when he rushed for 1,089 yards and 15 touchdowns.
